A daughter, Alianna Elizabeth Scarlett, was born to Brianna Tanney and Dylan Scarlett, of Coal Township, at 8:45 a.m. Jan. 25, 2013, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. The baby weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 19 1/4 inches in length. Grandparents are Bret and Sharon Scarlett, of Coal Township, and Bill and Cheryl Tanney, of Mount Carmel. Great-grandmothers are Ann Dombroski, of Coal Township, and Josephine Griscavage, of Trevorton.
