A daughter, Amanda Jean, was born to Tiffany and James West, of Mountain Top, at 8:18 a.m. Dec. 12, 2011, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre. The baby weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches in length. Grandparents are Pat and Charley Timpko, of Mount Carmel, Maggie West, of Moosic, and Mark West, of Avoca. Great-grandparents are Jean Petruskevich and Helen Timpko, both of Mount Carmel. The baby joins a sister, Daisy, and a brother, Jayroll.
