Tammy Lynn Stancavage and Peter Stanley Keretski were united in marriage by the Very Rev. Frank Karwacki at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008. The ceremony was held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Mount Carmel.
The bride is a daughter of the late Kathleen and Ronald Stancavage Sr., formerly of Mount Carmel. She is a 1990 graduate of Mount Carmel Area High School and is self-employed as an Avon representative.
The groom is a son of Maryann and Peter G. Keretski. He is a 1998 graduate of Mount Carmel Area High School and is employed by the State Department of Corrections at SCI-Coal Township.
The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Ronald Stancavage Jr. Rachele Slotterback, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Samantha Stancavage, daughter of the bride; Jaimie Wesloskie and Kathy Kelley, friends of the bride and groom, and Angela Ventilli, sister of the groom. Kelsy Janolek, niece of the groom, served as junior bridesmaid, and Kayla Wesloskie was the flower girl. They are all from Mount Carmel.
Stanley Moser, friend of the groom, served as best man. Ronald Stancavage III, nephew of the bride; Delroy Wesloskie and James Kelley, friends of the bride and groom, and Thomas Ventilli, brother-in-law of the groom, served as groomsmen. Mark "Buddie" and Nicholas Stancavage, sons of the bride, served as junior groomsmen. The ring bearer was Kevin Stancavage, son of the bride.
A reception was held at the Mount Carmel American Legion, and the couple and family are residing in Mount Carmel.
