share thisA daughter, Mia Gianna Whispell, was born to Noell Angela (Joseph) and Robert Edward Whispell III, of 720 E. Commerce St., Shamokin, on July 26, 2010, at Bloomsburg Hospital. Paternal grandparents are Robert Whispell, of Mount Carmel, and Tina Whispell, of Shamokin. Maternal grandparents are Gregory and Gilda Mac Lellan, of Gransonville, Md.
