A daughter, Braelynn Jade Spicer, was born to James and Virginia Spicer, of Elizabethville, on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009, at Bloomsburg Hospital. The mother is the former Virginia Peck. Paternal grandparents are Jim and Brenda Spicer, of Elizabethville. Maternal grandparents are Christina Schmick, of Milton, and Brian Peck, of Halifax.
