A daughter, Angolina Marie Harter, was born to Brad and Jessica Harter, of Northumberland, at 3:26 p.m. Feb. 1, 2010, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg. The mother is the former Jessica Mensch. Paternal grandparents are Barry and Kate Harter, of Northumberland. Maternal grandparents are Gerald and Esther Mensch, of Coal Township.
