n SHAMOKIN — Timothy A. Worhacz, 30, of West Chester, waived to court Tuesday two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of hit and run relating to a June 29 accident in the 1000 block of East Race Street in Coal Township.
Worhacz was charged by Coal Township Patrolman Edward Purcell.
He was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment Nov. 5 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury.
