What do I do when the window pops open on my screen asking me to sign in?
If you're a current print subscriber, choose "The Times-Tribune All Access for Print Subscribers. Enter your print subscriber information as well as your email address and an easy to remember password. When you've completed your activation successfully you'll be logged in and can view everything on TheTimes-Tribune.com, and read or download the Smart edition.
Why do you need my email address?
Your email address is your user name and is how we'll contact you if you ever forget your password. You must have an email address to activate your ALL ACCESS account. We'll also have special giveaways and events exclusively for ALL ACCESS subscribers.
What is the Smart Edition?
The Times-Tribune Smart edition is a digital replica edition of our daily print newspaper, but with some very SMART features. The SMART edition can be automatically delivered to your device, can be listened to in several different languages, you can change the size of the text, print articles. Once you've downloaded the SMART edition you can read it offline. You can share articles with friends using email, Facebook and Twitter.
Can I read the SMART edition on my tablet or smartphone?
Yes, the Smart edition is designed for reading on your iPad, Kindle Fire, or any Android tablet that can access the Google Play or Amazon app stores. You can also read the SMART edition on your smartphone, PC or Mac.
Can I use my all access subscription on more than one device or computer?
Yes. You'll be able to access your all access subscription on up to 5 different devices using the same username and password you created when you first activated your account.
If have relative that is away at school or in the military, can I share my subscription with them while they're away?
Yes. You can use one of your device activations with a loved one who is away. You'll need to share your user name and password to do this, so make sure you're sharing this information with someone you trust.
What if I forget my password or want to change my email address?
Go to mypressplus.com and click on "MY ACCOUNT." From your account page you'll be able to sign in to update your account information or have a "forgot password" link emailed to you. Occasionally the email will get stuck in a spam or junk folder, so if you don't see the email immediately be sure to check your spam.
