Hoops tourney to close downtown streets (2:33PM)

SCRANTON — Lackawanna County’s 3-on-3 basketball tournament will close a number of downtown streets this weekend. The tourney, which will be played in the 100 and 200 blocks of Wyoming Avenue, opens tomorrow at 5 p.m. and will continue through Saturday. S (read more)
